The TURPIN ammunition database (named after the French Inventor of the first pure nitrated explosives) is an online application available via a secured internet connection. Its purpose is to create an interface for fast and intuitive search that will allow an EOD, a Policeman or any other authorised user to quickly identify an unknown ammunition in order to take the appropriate measures.

The TURPIN database can be translated to be used by users of different countries. Access is free but strictly limited to authorised users.
